These extra tough dumbbell hook baits are a must accessory to any angler who fishes for long periods of time. This hardened hook bait range solves the problem of normal baits being too soft to stay on the hair for periods over ten hours, especially when it’s difficult to refresh your rigs. The dumbbell baits have been designed due to feedback from our customer base wanting to fish Ocean Fresh baits for periods up to or exceeding 24 hour periods.

Fast sinking, slow flavour release and extremely tough

Many extreme carp anglers that fish continental waters want a hook bait to last for multiple days especially when they are boating their lines out over a distance of 200m+ and want to leave their rig amongst a large amount of boilies for as long as it takes the carp to move in and feed. The last thing anyone wants is to bring in a rod the next day or so with a bait less rig. Questions of doubt make you wonder if the bait came loose when you reeled it in all whether it broke down before the carp arrived.
