Match Boilies

Match and pleasure anglers always want to catch larger specimens of chub, roach, barbel and carp. The most effective way to do this is to offer attractive bait which will single the big fish out. Typical match coarse fish anglers use maggots and pellets, but this won't stop nuisance smaller fish taking your hook bait if they're hungry. 10mm boilies will prevent those small fish from taking your bait due to the hardness and size, as small fish find it physically impossible to eat.

Though it's possible to side-hook these boilies, Ocean Fresh recommends you use small, hair rigged hooks to present the boilie. For carp and bream, a devastating technique is to method feed with 10mm boilies on a short rig. Ocean Fresh Bloodworm 10mm boilies have produced awesome results in commercial fisheries in Belgium, where they were first tested. Bloodworm is the natural flavour in 10mm's.

Scopex Match 10mm Boilies Overview

10mm match boilies are manufactured from mid protein milk base mix. This smooth open texture makes the Scopex flavour water-soluble, allowing for maximum flavour leakage. The hard 10mm boilies will instantly attract all coarse fish into the swim, but only the larger species will be able to eat the bait. Scopex boilies are bright yellow and are perfect for fishing over dark bottoms. They will instantly attract carp, bream and tench, as well as other above average silver fish weights.
