The standard time and courier for delivery on the UK mainland is DHL non guaranteed service of within 48 hours from dispatch and costs £8. This service should be used when shipping packages to your work address or where a signatory is always available when the package arrives and is not time sensitive. Alternatively, we supply a next day guaranteed delivery service, which costs £11. To maintain the lowest possible prices of carp boilies per kilo, we endeavour to keep transport charges separate from product costs.
Ocean Fresh does not support free carriage at this time, however after sufficient statistics of sales and increased business we will endeavour to have a minimum basket amount to gain free carriage. When this happens we will clearly advertise it on the main home page.
Payment
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch cards, as well as payment by cheque. (Shipment is sent once cheque has been cashed.) European orders are done by Credit and Debit cards only and are taken in Pounds Sterling (£), your bank will convert this into Euros (€) or whichever currency value you use and the exchange rate will appear on your credit card or bank statement.
USA & Canada orders are done by Credit and Debit cards only, and are taken in Pounds Sterling (£), your bank will convert this into Dollars ($) and the exchange rate will appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Orders
Once an order has been processed a generated email will be sent on dispatch of goods.
All shipments will be automatically insured in case of loss in transport and will be the responsibility of Ocean Fresh UK Ltd. All shipments must be signed for on delivery; and once they're signed for Ocean Fresh are no longer responsible for misplacements. Excluding this rule will be postal deliveries that can fit through the mail box.
In the case of undeliverable, parcels will be returned to local collection office for the customer to collect or arrange delivery, at their cost. The courier will issue notification of unable to deliver and provide card with depot details and instructions. Failure to collect from depot and items will be returned back to Ocean Fresh.

Royal Mail deliverables include any packaging that can be posted through the mail box without signatory or for items up to 1kg weight and are too large for the mail box. We carefully package Ocean Fresh 500g boilies and carp rigs to fit through mailbox space. Other non standard shaped packages will be returned to the Royal Mail sorting office for collection if the door is not opened. If undeliverable a Post office card will be left giving instructions on how to reclaim your parcel. In all normal situations the postman will knock and hand you the package within 3 days of it being sent.
For weights exceeding 23kg-25kg parcels, multiple boxes with additional delivery charges will be charged and sent. Example: 2 x 23kg parcels delivery within 48 hours will cost £16 in transport charges and so on.

Delivery
We will endeavour to ship the same day as we received your order, or the next day depending on time zones and busy periods. An email will be sent to you on the day we dispatch the goods.
Collection
To collect from our warehouse in Woodley, Berkshire, please tick the delivery box with collection only in the delivery section in checkout. If you have a preferred collection date, please add this to the special comments section also provided in checkout. On receipt of your authorised order we will confirm acceptance of your date or provide dates of own via email. No collections are available at weekends or on bank holidays. Export Policy
Ocean Fresh and HMCE have classified these products as safe to import/export through out the EU and Overseas. All ingredients are natural and will not harm the environment or habitat of the target species. Not for human consumption.
