Homemade Boilies - Overview

This is a useful guide about how to make homemade Shell-Life and Frozen boilies. Two of the recipes have been created by a talented Dutch carp angler and editor, Chris Noorlander. He has a consultancy roll and works with the Netherlands field tester team. Chris has much success fishing in lakes in Holland and tricky rivers across France. His style of fishing tends to put him onto untapped carp waters, as he refuses to fish paid waters. His largest carp caught on the amino frozen boilies is in excess of 52lb from the River Seine in Northern France! The bait that caught this magnificent carp was the subtle smelling Red Shrimp & Garlic boilies that cost him only €2 per kilo to make at home. Despite his success, he says his girlfriend refused to talk to him for a week, or at least until the smell disappeared from the kitchen. Be warned!
