Terms of Sale & Cancellation of order

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

In the event of an item not being available we will endeavour to contact you immediately via email for your instructions.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours prior to dispatch by email or phone. Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once goods have been dispatched orders cannot be cancelled, instead follow information on our Returns & Refunds page for a full refund.

All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds) and include VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated.

All UK, European and International orders will be dispatched by Registered Post or Insured Courier

All special offers are subject to availability. Special offer discounts are only available at the time of ordering.

All refunds are only issued if the goods are unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of delivering and returning the goods unless we delivered the item to you in error or it was faulty. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

We do our very best to ensure that product information and prices are correct at the time of publishing to the website. If appropriate, we will be sure to advise any changes that may relate to your order prior to despatching the goods via email.
